Bushel Blanket crochet pattern - digital or hard copy

£3.00

When John Arbon Textiles brought out twenty different shades of their Appledore wool in mini and 100g skeins, a crochet blanket design was inevitable.

Bushel makes use of all 20 colours and you can choose from a lap blanket size or a throw that is large enough to fit the bottom of a double bed.

Whether making the lap blanket or the throw, the construction is the same. Worked from the centre out, the Bushel Blankets use a two-row repeat through the colour sequence to one end and then mirror the colour sequence at the other end. Finally, a simple double crochet border is added to bring all the colours together.

The wool blend is soft yet crisp. Combined with the stitches, it offers good drape and stitch definition.

A matching Bushel Cushion pattern is also available.

Please note that this doesn’t apply to my hard copy patterns, which remain priced at £5 and come with an automatic digital download.

Product materials, sourcing and PoM Rating

This product was originated by me at Fay Dashper-Hughes Designs.  This pattern is printed on paper that is manufactured using wind power,100% recycled post-consumer fibre and carbon neutral.  It is printed by me in my studio in Cheshire, England.

Postage and Packaging

You can read all about P&P here.

The P&P costs applied are very transparent.  No additional costs are added on, you simply pay for the cost of packaging and the cost of postage.  I don't offer free P&P because what that usually means is that the cost of P&P has been added to the cost of goods.  I think it is better to assume that my customers aren't daft and would rather have transparent P&P costs than the pretence of 'Free P&P' with inflated prices on the items that they are buying.
