I actually use all three of these to hold lavender flower heads. They live in my Stash Palace (yes I have a Stash Palace) and in my office - no coincidence, given that these two locations are where I keep my yarn and I want to keep moths away.
By having the lavender in easy to access and pretty containers, I am more likely to give it a little fondle when I pass by. This releases more lavender essential oil and helps to keep scent sensitive moths away.
I managed to make all three containers from one 50g/100m of Erika Knight Gossypium Cotton (DK) had 15g left over.
